Orders must be placed by 3pm noon Malaysian time to be processed on the same business day.

If the product ordered is out-of-stock, we will contact you immediately to confirm a replacement / refund / other instructions. 

Packing and Processing Time: 1-2 business days.( We don’t post parcel on Saturday & Sunday)

Courier Delivery Time:

Peninsular Malaysia – 1-3 business days

Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan – 5 -7 business days

General Delivery Days

GDEX Delivery Monday – Friday

PGEON Delivery delivers Monday – Friday

JNT Delivery Monday – Friday

Orders shipped within Peninsular Malaysia can be expected much sooner than the estimated maximum delivery time. 

The majority of orders shipped to the Peninsular Malaysia can be expected within 2 – 4 business days 

Change / Cancellation Of Order Should you need to cancel or change your order please contact us immediately. We will accept the change/order if the goods have not been delivered.

International Shipping Shipping to other international destinations is available. Kindly to email us to quote for international postage.

Courier Company and Courier Charges We are using GDEX Delivery and PGEON Delivery only. Postage charges are as follows:-
